Signs of Appearance Christianity

1. Worship Without Heart

Singing passionately, yet disconnected internally.
True worship is not performance—it is spirit and truth.

2. Obedience Replaced by Activity

Preaching, serving, giving—but not obeying God’s voice.

Love for God is proven through obedience—not activity.

3. Correct Doctrine, Wrong Motives

You can know Scripture deeply and still lack transformation.
God judges intentions, not just knowledge.

4. Public Righteousness, Private Compromise

Acting holy in church but living like the world outside it.

5. Seeking Human Approval

Giving, praying, or serving to be seen.

When your reward is recognition, you’ve already received your reward.

The Danger of Hidden Sin

Not all sins are obvious.

“Some sins are evident… but others follow later.” (1 Timothy 5:24)

Hidden sins include:

• Anger
• Jealousy
• Disobedience
• Covetousness
• Hypocrisy

Why Power is Missing Today

Obedience is time-sensitive.

The longer you delay, the less likely you are to obey.

God may even replace you with someone willing.

The Antidote: True Christianity

1. Self-Purification

“If a man purge himself… he shall be a vessel unto honour.” (2 Timothy 2:21)

Take responsibility for your spiritual condition.

2. Clean Hands and Pure Heart

• Hands = Actions
• Heart = Motives

Both must align.

3. Walk in the Spirit

Follow the Holy Spirit daily.
Obedience should be instant and consistent.
